DMD: The Quail Call
The other day, me & my homeboys were reminiscing about the old nicktoon, Doug.
Mr Funnie’s autobiographical show was my favorite out of the original NickToons, but unfortunately, was also the shortest lived. And while a lot of things from that show stick out to me, one auditory cue I’ll never forget is the Quail Call.

I never really played much of it (I was a 4 Square champion, A-Square for life); but this song always makes me long for the days of yore, with recess, skinned knees & grass stains. Oh, and bustin’ niggas. That too, obviously.
