Brown Equals Terrorist

I think on my last blog project (the MovableType one that no one got to see), I had a few posts about how I hated America. This only adds to it.
Man… thinking about the way my country of origin has been acting recently is really depressing. I’m sure that the original founders of this great and free land are rolling in their graves, and not because of the right to view porn on the net.
I’m all for protecting our country against terrorism, but at what cost? (hahaha cliches). The Patriot Act is so fucking WRONG and UNJUST that it’s not even funny.

Well… I listened to this one speech from some guy (search boingboing for homeland security and planes and such), but anyway, this guy basically said that all the $$$ we’re spending on protecting our airways is pretty much a big waste. For example, say we’re in the olden days of castles and kings. The King would be downright stupid if he thinks that he can protect his kingdom by making the strongest gate and drawbridge ever, while leaving the backdoor unprotected and wide open.
The next terrorist attack isn’t gonna be some plane hijacking, they’re gonna do something else, something completely different, something we’ve overlooked.

Like I said before, the “American Way” is going down, one way or another. Hopefully, we will make the change ourselves.

Homeland Security is just doing everything wrong. There are people out there who can help correct this, hopefully those in the position to make these changes can understand this and seek said people out.

Always Coca-Cola…yeah if you get that then hahahaha… ANYway… so its been is a usual weekend… I’ve just been chillin’ with the roomies (inc. Adry n Ashley), doin’ the thing we do. Friday we went to Outback Steakhouse and ate hella (I had a full thing of ribs and ate it ALL), then we came back, did stuff, then ate again.

But on to more important business. Ever since I started playing Zelda: Wind Waker with Adry, she’s been hooked. Here’s a short lil’ tidbit that should explain the severity of the situation.

The Legend of Adry: The Soul Stealer

Setting: Terry n Ed are goin to OVT, Adry’s playin WW.

Terry: Hey me n Ed are goin to OVT to get some food, you want some?
Adry: Naw… [goes back to game]
Terry: [!]

A lil’ bit later…

Justin: Ey… you guys gonna hit it?
Terry: Yeah, lemme get Adry real quick.
Adry: [playing game]
Terry: Ey, we’re gonna hit it, come join!
Adry: [while playing] No, its cool thanks.
Terry: You sure?
Adry: yeah… [plays]

Later STILL

Terry: [kissing] C’mon! Let’s do stuff!
Adry: [playing] Naw… I’m cool…
Terry: cmon…
Adry: nope!

Later on, she finally stops, and we go to sleep.

Terry: ZzzZ
Adry: OH! OK I know what to do now! [turns on cube]
Terry: aww cmon! ZzzZ

That was Saturday. Sunday’s more or less the same.

And I thought I liked games! hahaha…

So yeah, in the middle of typing this I went over to Kaia’s with Ed; she’s having a nice lil’ get together. That was cool, and I woulda stayed, but Justin’s coming back with stuff, and Ed was gettin’ bored (sb ppl are a unique sort haha)… so here I am now. I got kicked off Zelda and am listening to Portishead – Only You.

What happen !! so yeah yesterday Derrick, Ryan, and their friend Larry rolled up and did we (Justin, Ed, Me n Mel) did our thing…
I don’t remember a lot but Larry’s tight. Our 1st words were like this.

Me: Sup dood, i’m terry
Him: sup, i’m larry
Us: ahahahahahahaha wtf!
Him: this dooude has soul hahahaha

He’s tight…

Oh yeah something funny.

Larry was sittin on J’s bed, Derrick was on his comp, and mel, ryan , justin and ed were on my side of the room.
As always, I was right in the middle of all of em. hahaha! (thanks Mel!)

After we did our thing, All of em but me n mel rolled down south. Then we went to OVT for a snack… hella trippy for some reason.

Then I did something for sometbody.

Then Adry came back… I ate MORE… and then passed out while waiting for everyone to come back (they said they’d only be an hour or so).

Ok before all this:

Me n Adry went down to PB (in Christina’s nice Civic) to look for some store (she won’t tell me!). We couldn’t find it, so we just said screw it and ate at In-N-Out… it was tight… 1st date kindava sorta thing.

Lovely way to start the weekend , no?
